YOGA 101 FOR EVERYONE (HATHA BASICS)
Come to this class as an introduction or as a refresher on fundamental poses, alignment, and other techniques. Great for beginners, prenatal & postnatal, and seniors able to practice on the floor. Appropriate for all levels.
Enjoy gentle movement and restorative postures with modifications based on individual needs. You may practice from a seated position on a chair (provided) or on a mat (floor). Perfect for anyone desiring a very calming and relaxing practice and also ideal for individuals working through injury or pain.
YOGA FOR EVERY BODY
Connect more fully to yourself with subtle, slow-paced, and gentle movement. Experience deep meditation, release, and restfulness (Savasana). This all-level class is perfect for both younger and older practitioners.
YIN YOGA (RELAXATION AND STRETCHING)
Experience restorative postures and passive movement for deep release and relaxation. Suitable for all levels. Great for beginners, athletes, and seniors able to practice on a mat. Key for practioners working on flexibility and relaxation. Beneficial for experienced practioners and athletes.
SLOW FLOW VINYASA

ASHTANGA YOGA, THE PRIMARY SERIES
An energizing practice with a set sequence of classical postures. Created as “Therapy Yoga,” this active practice (yang) incorporates Sun Salutations, standing poses, seated postures, inversions, and backbends to balance the body and optimize health. Open to students with limited experience and perfect for more experienced practioners interested in deepening personal practice.
PRENATAL & POSTNATAL YOGA
Join us for a class sequenced, paced, and modified to fit the needs of you, your baby, and your changing body. Gentle practice helps to strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles for childbirth and tones them post-delivery. Meditative movement linked with breath work invites deep connection between mind, body, and baby and openness with each other.
INTRODUCTION TO KUNDALINI YOGA
Experience Kundalini Yoga, a practice focused on moving energy throughout the body to improve strength, flexibility and endurance. This ancient practice uses sound, breath and movement to balance the immune, nervous, and glandular systems. Kundalini enables you to access and realize your own creative energy and elevate your consciousness. No previous experience is needed.
